Payment - Payment methods and Billing cycle

Innoget offers a Basic (Free) account and various Premium accounts (Premium, Professional and Corporate), as well as the option to purchase other services like InnogetGroups or InnogetCloud.

Monthly and annual billing cycles are available. Depending on what option you choose, your membership will be automatically renewed 30 days after the purchasing date or at the end of each subscription year. For yearly subscriptions, we will notify you 30 days before the plan expires. Billing due date information is available on your Account Settings page.

Innoget accepts the following payment methods:

  • American Express
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Direct Debit


Please note that other forms of payment won’t be accepted and that we cannot accept PayPal and Bank Transfer as payment methods for recurring plans. In addition to credit cards, you can pay with debit and prep-paid cards issued by any of the card networks listed above.

Important

  • Some pre-paid cards may not allow monthly recurring billing, and some credit cards may not work from certain countries.
  • If you don’t see PayPal as an option on the secure checkout page, it’s not available in your region at this time.
  • Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit is available as a payment method for certain countries using the EUR. We currently offer this payment method in the following countries:

  • If SEPA direct debit is not available in your checkout or account settings, it means that it is not available in your area.
  • You must have a SEPA direct debit bank account using the EUR currency and IBAN to use SEPA direct debit payment.
